All mentioned prices at TheDishAntennaShop are including VAT and exclusive shipping costs. Payments without VAT are possible when you have a (international) VAT number. When your payment is received, your order will be shipped. TheDishAntennaShop supports the following payment methods: iDEAL, MisterCash, PayPal and OverBooking. Also cash payment is possible at our shop location,when picking up your order.

At TheDishAntennaShop you always pay safe. Our payments are handled by Sisow, our payment service provider.
iDEAL / MisterCash / BanContact
With iDEAL (The Netherlands), PayPal or BanContact / MisterCash (Belgium) you can pay fast, safe and easy online. iDEAL / PayPal / MisterCash / Maestro / Mastercard / Visa is an easy and fast way of paying, with approval by the bank of your payment within several minutes / seconds. When paying with one of thes methods we can ship your order immediately. You pay within your own safe and trusted bank environment, based on the specific safety methods of your own bank. On the check out page you can select the preferred payment method: iDEAL (The Netherlands), PayPal, Mastercard, Maestro, Visa, BanContact / MisterCash (Belgium) or Bank Transfer. If you agree with our General Terms, and the data filled in is checked and correct, you click on the button "Check out". In the next step you can slect the bank you prefer, after which you acknowledge the order with the "Confirm order" button.
You will be transferred to the website of your bank, where the payment assignment need to be approved. You need to fill in the asked data and authorize the payment. The amount will be charged from your account and we will both be informed by Sisow that the order is payed.
Transfer
It's possible to pay 50% upfront and 50% afterwards, i.e. after delivery. After reception of the first 50% of the total amount, we will start shipping your order. You will receive an extra email with an explanation how to pay the other 50% to our IBAN account. In this way your always secured of a safe purchase.
If you prefer to pay cash, then this is possible as well. This is possible when you pick up your order at our location. We have less change money (because of the risks) so we prefer appropriate payment. If you want to pay cash, we prefer that the order is done via our webshop. We can the reserve and prepare your order and prevent that you might come for nothing to our location. You will always be informed when your order is ready to be picked up.
Pick up and payment
When you come pick up your order, all of the above mentioned payment methods are possible. TheDishAntennaShop doesn't support pin payments (yet).
Invoice
When your order is confirmed you will receive your invoice directly by email.
Extra information: Invoice without VAT
Does your order need to be shipped to a foreign country and do you have a valid VAT number? Then it's possible that the payed VAT Is returned. You order your products as described above in our webshop. You pay first VAT as well. After reception of your order, you can mail us your order number including your valid VAT number. We will take care of it that your VAT - within 14 days after your date of order- is returned on the account you paid the order with. Per email you will receive an invoice without the VAT from us.
