Travel Vision - mobile IPTV package (per month)

With this mobile IPTV solution Travel Vision introduces an unique concept: watch TV via 4G (no satellite antenna is required!), in a high image quality and with a low data use ('only' 0.6 GB per hour).
In combination with the Travel Vision mobile IPTV system you can watch to 20 (Dutch) channels, in 40 European countries. Watch TV via the mobile network has never been so easy and affordable!

The Travel Vision mobile IPTV system has omni-directional antennas which receive and broadcast signals from all directions. The system can be used when on a location or during 'motion' (when driving or sailing).

Watch TV via 3G / 4G (without dish antenna)

Watch TV via a 3G/4G connection, without a dish antenna, becomes more popular. A good solid internet connection is however required. The available WiFi connection on campings, or other locations, is in many cases not sufficient. To watch TV via a mobile connection requires, next to the right equipment, also a good internet connection and a data subscription. A disadvantage of watching TV via a mobile internet connection is the (relative) high data consumption, which makes it more expensive (compared to for instance watch TV by satellite). Average 3GB* of data is used during 1 hour of watching TV via a mobile internet connection in HD quality. Another 'disadvantage' is that most “unlimited” data subscriptions in a foreign country are limited up to a max of 20-25 GB per month. This means that after a few evenings TV watching your comnplete data bundle is used.

Travel Vision mobile IPTV: watch TV in HD quality based on a low data consumption

The Travel Vision mobile IPTV system 'only' uses 0.6GB data during watching TV in HD quality, i.e. 5 times less then other comparable methods! This makes watching TV via a mobile 3G/4G connection much more affordable.

How does the Travel Vision mobile IPTV system works?

The Travel Vision mobile IPTV router has a fixed built-in SIM-card, with its own, unique IP address. With this special configurated powerfull router you can view a specific Dutch channel package which exists of 20 channels.

The Travel Vision mobile IPTV router is mounted in your vehicle or vessel. On top of the mobile home, motor home, yacht or other vehicle / vessel an outdoor antenna will be mounted, provided with powerfull omni-directional antennas for the best 3G / 4G reception.

The Travel Vision mobile IPTV router is connected directly to your TV via a HDMI cable; a Smart TV is not required. With only one push of a button of the supplied remote control unit you can watch TV. No pointing of a satellite TV antenna is required, no additional receiver is necessary and / or no Chromecast or Android based set-top box is required to stream the TV signal.

Create your own wireless network

With th IPTV router you can watch TV, but next to that you can also create your own wireless WiFi network. The sensitive 3G / 4G antennas pick-up easily the signal of the mobile network, even when the signal is weak. The powerfull router sends out a WiFi signal for settng up your own wireless network. In this way you have internet wherever you are, all over Europe. This allows you to connect devices like smartphones, tablet, laptop and a Smart TV easy and safe to the internet, just like at home. This makes you no longer depending of the -in many cases- weak WiFi signal available at the camping, harbour or other location.

TV and data subscription

The TV subscription is available in 3 options:

• year subscription
• 3 months subscription (sequential period)
• 1 month subscription

To be able to use the system in addition to the TV subscription a data subscription is required.

During the installation of the system an EU data subscription will be activated with a duration of 2 year. This data subscription is based on a start bundle of 25 GB on a yearly base. This 25 GB of data reamins valid for one year and can be used for watching TV for +/- 42 hours. Additional extra data bundles (on a monthly base) are online available.
